AIMING FOR EXCELLENCE
L’Association des familles Perron d’Amérique is proud to encourage young Perron descendants to set high goals and to persevere in their efforts. To confirm its genuine interest, AFPA has established the program AIMING FOR EXCELLENCE.
GOAL AND CONDITIONS OF THE PROGRAM
This program applies only to active members of the AFPA and to young people in their families who bear the Perron name, or are affiliated with this family name. The goal of the AFPA AWARD FOR EXCELLENCE is to offer financial aid in order to promote the participation of these young people in school, cultural, sporting or civic events.
Each request will constitute a file. All files will be studied by the members of the Board. Only one request per individual will be accepted annually. The amount of the AFPA AWARD FOR EXCELLENCE is 150$.
APPLICATION PROCEDURE
All requests must be sent to the mailing address of the AFPA or by e-mail to the vice president. The candidates must describe their discipline and explain why they should be considered worthy recipients of the AFPA AWARD FOR EXCELLENCE. The prize winners will be officially acknowledged during the annual gathering of the members of the Association and they will receive a certificate affirming their talents. They will also be mentioned in an upcoming bulletin.
